中医治疗功能性胃肠病90例临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of 90 Cases of Patients with Functional Gastrointestinal Disease

目的:分析中医疗法在治疗功能性胃肠病的临床效果。方法:随机选取某院2014年~2016年期间收治的功能性胃肠病患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,采用西医治疗和中医治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者的远期治疗效果要明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:中医疗法在用于功能性胃肠病的治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,且毒副作用较小,更加适宜在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM therapy in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disease.Methods:90 patients with functional gastrointestinal disease treated in a hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected and divided into two groups,which were treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment respectively.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The long-term therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:In the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases,Chinese medicine therapy has a good therapeutic effect,and has less toxic side effects,which is more suitable for clinical application.
