布拉氏酵母菌联合病毒唑炎琥宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effcet Observation of Saccharomyces Boulardii Combined with Ribavirin and Yanhuning in the Treatment of Herpanglna in Children

目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合病毒唑炎琥宁治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:将2014年1月~2016年7月门诊及住院确诊疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿198例完全随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(98例)。对照组给予利巴韦林10mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注加炎琥宁10~15mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注;观察组给予利巴韦林注射液10mg/(kg·d)和炎琥宁10~15mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注,加用布拉氏酵母菌口服。两组均给予退热等对症处理,观察两组患儿退热时间和咽痛、流涎消失时间及疱疹消退时间,并将两组样本均数采用t检验进行分析比较。结果:观察组总有效率[97%(97/100)]明显高于对照组[88.7%(87/98)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组退热时间和咽痛、流涎消失时间及疱疹消退时间比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:布拉氏酵母菌联合病毒唑炎琥宁治疗疱疹性咽峡炎可缩短病程,提高总有效率,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii combined with ribavirin and yanhuning in the treatment of herpangina.Methods:198 case of children herpanglna in outpatient and inpatient from January 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(100 cases)and control gorup(98 cases)The patients in observation group were treated with ribavirin[10 mg/(kg·d)]and yanhuning[10~15 mg/(kg·d)]by intravenous drip,the patients in control group were treated with ribavirin[10 mg/(kg·d)]and yanhuning[10~15 mg/(kg·d)]by intravenous drip,and oral saccharomyces boulardii,and the course of treatment was 5 d.All patients received pyretolysis treatment,then the time of pyretolysis,extinction time of sore throat,salivation and herpes were observed,and 2 groups of samples were analyzed by t test.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group [97%(97/100)]was significantly higher than that in the control group[88.7%(87/98)](P<0.05).The time of pyretolysis and the extinction time of pharyngalgia,salivation and herpes in observation group were shorter than those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii combined with ribavirin and yanhuning in the treatment of herpanglna can shorten the pathogenesis,and improve the total efficiency,with remarkable clinical curative effect.
