磺胺嘧啶银软膏与纳米银敷料治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Silver Sulfadiazine Ointment and Nano Silver Dressing in the Treatment of Burn Wounds

目的:研究磺胺嘧啶银软膏与纳米银敷料治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:将某院2012年1月~2015年1月烧伤创面患者73例分两组,磺胺嘧啶银组采用磺胺嘧啶银软膏进行治疗,纳米银组采用纳米银敷料进行治疗,就两组患者烧伤创面平均愈合时间、平均住院时间、平均住院费用和细菌感染率、毒副反应发生率、烧伤创面瘢痕率、手术植皮率进行比较。结果:纳米银组细菌感染率、毒副反应发生率跟磺胺嘧啶银组无显著差异,而纳米银组烧伤创面瘢痕率、手术植皮率明显低于磺胺嘧啶银组,P<0.05;纳米银组患者烧伤创面平均愈合时间、平均住院时间、平均住院费用均明显优于磺胺嘧啶银组,P<0.05。结论:纳米银敷料治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效优于磺胺嘧啶银软膏,可更好加速创面愈合,缩短治疗时间,降低创面瘢痕率、手术植皮率,减轻治疗费用,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of silver sulfadiazine ointment and nano silver dressing in the treatment of burn wounds.Methods:73 cases of patients with burn wounds treated in a hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were divided into two groups.The silver sulfadiazine group was treated with silver sulfadiazine ointment,and the nano silver group was treated with nano silver dressing,then the burn wound healing time,average hospital stay,average hospitalization expenses and bacterial infection rate,incidence of adverse reaction,rate of burn wounds scarring,and the skin graft surgery rate of two groups were compared.Results:The bacterial infection,and the incidence of adverse reaction of two groups had no significant difference,and the burn scar rate and surgical skin grafting rate of nano silver group were obviously lower than those of sulfadiazine silver group(P<0.05).The average burn wound healing time,average hospital stay,average hospitalization expenses of nano silver group were significantly better than those of sulfadiazine silver group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of nano silver dressing in the treatment of burn wounds is better than that of sulfadiazine silver ointment,which can accelerate wound healing,shorten the treatment time,decrease the rate of wound scar,surgical skin graft rate,reduce the cost of treatment,and is worthy of promotion.
