探讨中药归肝经治疗肝脏疾病的治疗效果

Treatment Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Liver Disease

目的:研讨中药归肝经治疗肝脏疾病的治疗效果。方法:随机抽取2015年1月~2016年12月的肝脏疾病患者共计115例,所有患者按照随机数字的方式分为观察组58例和对照组57例。对照组采用常规治疗模式,观察组实施中药归肝经进行治疗,比较两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与总胆红素(TBiL)治疗前后的变化水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及患者的满意度。结果:两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与总胆红素(TBiL)治疗前无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的ALT与TBiL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗效果与满意度观察组好于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均不存在不良反应现象。结论:中药归肝经治疗肝脏疾病的治疗效果显著,能够有效改善肝功能,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of liver diseases.Methods:115 patients with liver diseases from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases).The control group was treated with routine treatment mode,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,then the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels and total bilirubin(TBiL)before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBiL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and TBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment effect and satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05);There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating liver diseases,which can effectively improve liver function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
