曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死PCI患者左心室结构及功能改善效果研究

摘要 目的:探讨曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死PCI患者左心室结构及功能效果研究。方法:选取2015年8月~2016年8月接诊的84例急性心肌梗死PCI患者进行研究,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的CI(心脏指数)、LVEF(左心室射血分数)、SV(每搏输出量)、LVESVI(左心室收缩末期容积指数)、CO(心输血量)等指标。结果:观察组的CI(4.81±1.25)L/(min·m2)、LVEF(0.73±0.16)L/min、SV(71.31±4.41)ml、CO(5.66±1.73)L/min高于对照组(3.42±1.26)L/(min·m2)、(0.52±0.34)L/min、(61.34±4.93)ml、(4.84±1.55)L/min,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的LVESVI(42.77±3.52)ml/m2低于对照组(46.91±4.10)ml/m2,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死PCI患者采取曲美他嗪治疗,能有效的抑制炎性分子,并保护患者的心肌功能,促进患者康复,值得临床上应用及推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular structure and function in PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:84 cases of PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in a hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group treated with trimetazidine on the basis of control group.Then the indicators of CI(cardiac index),LVEF,left ventricular ejection fraction),SV(each cardiac output),LVESVI(left ventricular end systolic volume index),and CO(heart blood transfusion volume)of two groups after treatment were compared.Results:In the observation group,the CI(4.81±1.25)/L(min·m2)),LVEF(0.73±0.16)L/min,SV ml(71.31±4.41 mm),CO(5.66±1.73)L/min were higher than those of control group(3.42±1.26)/L(min·m2)),(0.52±0.34)L/min,(61.34±4.93)ml,(4.84±1.55)L/min,which the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The LVESVI of observation group(42.77±3.52)ml/m2 waslower than that of control group(46.91±4.10)ml/m2,which the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine in the treatment of PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively inhibit inflammatory molecules,protect myocardial function of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
