复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中3D打印技术的应用探析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的临床效果,并对其应用价值进行分析。方法:选取某院2013年9月~2016年3月收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组患者采用3D打印技术治疗,对照组患者采用常规手术方法治疗,对比两组效果。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨性愈合时间、解剖复位率、并发症发生率、膝关节功能恢复优良率等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将3D打印技术应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗过程中,安全有效,有利于术后膝关节功能恢复,值得在临床中推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 3 Dprinting technology in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,and to analyze its application value.Methods:60 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in a hospital from September 2013 to March 2016 were selected as object and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given 3 Dprinting technology in the treatment,and the control group were treated with conventional surgical methods in the treatment,then compared the results.Results:The operative time,blood loss,time for bone healing,anatomic reduction rate,complication rate,excellent rate of knee joint function recovery of observation group was excellent and other indicators were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3 Dprinting technology in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures is safe and effective,which is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
