延续护理在输尿管结石术后携带双‘J’管出院患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Continuous Nursing Care in Patients with Double J Tube Discharge after Ureteral Stone Surgery

目的:探讨延续护理应用于输尿管结石术后携带双‘J’管出院患者中,对降低患者并发症、提高满意度的效果。方法:选取84例输尿管结石术后携带双‘J’管出院患者分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组给予延续性护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察两组患者出院3周内并发症的发生情况及术后的满意度。结果:观察组腰胀痛、肉眼血尿、膀胱刺激症、双‘J’管移位、血肌酐异常的发生率为7.14%、2.38%、9.52%、2.38%、2.38%显著低于对照组的23.81%、14.28%、28.57%、16.67%、14.28%(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间及住院费用与对照组相差不大(P>0.05);观察组的总满意率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理可有效降低输尿管结石术后携带双‘J’管患者的院外并发症,提高其术后满意度,但并不增加患者住院时间及住院费用,适于推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on patients with double J tubes after ureteral stone surgery to reduce complications and improve satisfaction.Methods:84 patients with double J tubes after ureteral stone surgery were selected and divided into observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was given continuous nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention,then the complications and satisfaction of two groups were observed within 3 weeks after discharge.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of waist pain,hematuria,bladder irritation,double 'J' tube displacement,and blood creatinine abnormality(7.14%,2.38%,9.52%,2.38%,2.38%)was lower than those of control group(23.81%,14.28%,28.57%,16.67%,14.28%)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of observation group were not significantly different from those of control group(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous care can effectively reduce the postoperative complications of patients with double J tube after ureteral calculi operation,and can improve the postoperative satisfaction,without increasing the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses,which is suitable for promotion.
