停车位模式在手术室医疗设备管理中的应用与评价

Application and Evaluation of Parking Mode in the Medical Equipment Management in Operation Room

目的:探索停车位模式在手术室医疗设备管理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽样调查某院手术室52台医疗设备进行前后对照,对照组采用常规放置和实验组采用停车位模式管理放置,分析通过t检验对比取拿设备耗时、准确率和满意度方面的差异。结果:对照组与实验组耗时结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组与实验组准确率分别为80%和100%,并且两组准确率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组满意度高于对照组。结论:采用停车位模式管理手术室医疗设备的方法可行有效,值得同行借鉴。

Objective:To explore the applicationa effect of parking mode in the medical equipment management in operation room.Methods:A random sampling survey was carried out on 52 sets of medical equipment in operation room in a hospital.The control group used conventional placement and the experimental group was managed by parking space mode.Through the t test,the time,accuracy,and satisfaction of taking the equipments of two groups were compared.Results:The time consuming result of control group and experimental group had significant difference(P <0.05);The accuracy rate of control group and experimental group was 80% and 100% respectively,with significant difference;The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion:It is feasible and effective to use parking space mode to manage operation room medical equipment,which is worthy of peer reference.
