舒适护理模式在带状疱疹患者护理中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Comfortable Nursing Mode in Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨舒适护理模式在带状疱疹护理中的应用效果,旨在提高护理质量。方法:以某院2015年1月~2015年12月期间收治的80例带状疱疹患者作为研究样本,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,研究期间对照组只开展常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上开展心理护理、健康教育、疼痛护理以及饮食护理等舒适护理,并于护理前、后采用HRSD量表对两组患者的心理状况进行对比分析。结果:护理后,观察组中轻度抑郁、中度抑郁、重度抑郁比例分别为55%、35%以及10%;对照组中中轻度抑郁、中度抑郁、重度抑郁比例分别为32.5%、42.5%以及25%,观察组明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在带状疱疹患者护理中开展舒适护理,可以有效缓解焦虑与抑郁,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing mode in herpes zoster nursing so as to improve the quality of nursing.Methods:80 cases of herpes zoster patients treated in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the research sample and divided into control group and observation group using convenience sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing care,the observation group was given psychological nursing,health education,pain nursing and diet nursing on the basis of the control group,and before and after nursing,the psychological status of the two groups was compared and analyzed by HRSD scale.Results:After the treatment,the mild depression,moderate depression and severe depression in the observation group were 55%,35% and 10%respectively,and the proportion of mild depression,moderate depression and severe depression in the control group was 32.5%,42.5% and 25% respectively.The observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out comfortable care in patients with herpes zoster can effectively relieve anxiety and depression and improve the quality of care.
