Technical Transformation of Unmanned Attending of Gas Pressurizing Station at Jiuquan Steel

酒钢1#、2#、7#高炉的煤气加压站实现集中监控改造,成功实现了无人值守。通过自动化控制改造、增加煤气压缩机等方式,大大提高了燃气专业的劳动生产率,降低了人力成本,提升了设备的集成化管控水平。

The gas pressurizing stations of Jiuquan Steel's No.1,No.2 and No.7 blast furnaces adopted concentrated control transformation and achieved unmanned attending.Automatic control modification and adding of gas boosters have greatly increased labour productivity,reduced human cost and improved the integrated management and control level of equipment in gas operation sector.
