摘要
MSG系列压缩机二级轴承径向振动高于报警值,通过采用调整五瓣式可调可倾轴承定位销方案修正主动轮与从动轮齿啮合与轴系同轴度,同时叠加以在线动平衡方案消除外力作用下转子(旋转)产生的共振,最终消除了二级轴承径向振动问题。
The radial vibration of the secondary bearing of MSG compressor exceeded alert value.Through adjusting the five-flap adjustable tilting bearing dowel to modify the axiality of gear engagement and shafting of the driving and driven wheels,and at the same time adopting online dynamic balancing program to remove the resonance of rotor under external force,finally the problem of radial vibration of the secondary bearing was eliminated.
