摘要
为给生产者、消费者及监管机构提供全面、快速、准确的产品生产信息平台,实现农产品从农田到餐桌的全过程质量监管,以火龙果为例,采用集成计算机网络、移动互联网、数据库和全球统一标识(GSI)等信息技术,开发贵州精品水果追溯系统。消费者运用手机或PC可以从系统查询火龙果果品唯一的标识码,获得其生长环境、生产、管理、采收和贮藏等从产到销的信息,充分保证了火龙果的品质,可为企业和政府的监管提供便利。
The traceability system of fine fruit(pitaya)is developed by using the integrated information technology of computer networks,mobile internet,database and global identification(GSI)to provide the pitayaproduction information platform with the advantages of comprehensiveness,rapidity and accuracy for producers,consumers and regulators and to realize agricultural products' quality supervision during the whole process from farmland to dining-table.Consumers can inquire the unique identification code of pitaya and obtain the overall production and market information including growth environment,production,management,harvest and storage from the traceability system by mobile phones or PC,which can fully ensure pitayaquality and provide convenience for supervision of enterprises and government.
