摘要
为有效提高武器系统的作战能力,对电子干扰条件下舰空导弹武器系统的作战效能评估方法进行了研究。以ADC模型为蓝本,用分阶段加权和法对其进行扩展。根据武器系统作战过程,将其分为预警探测、指挥控制和火力拦截三个阶段分段建模。其中:预警探测阶段分为正常和非正常探测两种状态;指挥控制阶段分为正常、半正常和非正常三种状态;火力拦截阶段分为有效和无效拦截两种状态。给出了每个阶段ADC模型的可用性、可信性和能力矩阵的计算模型,根据武器系统作战过程中每个阶段的重要程度分别赋予相应的权值,用加权和法处理三阶段的效能值,获得总体的效能度量。对武器系统在有无电子干扰条件下执行战斗任务的作战效能进行了计算,验证了模型的准确性。
To improve combat capabilities of weapon system, the evaluation method of operational efficiency for ship-to -air missile sytem under electronic jamming was studied in this paper. The ADC model was extended by method of phased weighting. According to the operational process of the weapon system, it was dividied into three phases for modeling, which were early warning detection, command control and fire intercepting. And the early warning detection phase had normal and abnormal detection states, the command control phase had normal, semi-normal and abnormal states, and the fire intercepting phase had effective and ineffective intercepting states. The availability, dependability and capacity martix for each phases were given. The weights of each phase were determined according to the importance of various phase in combat of the weapon system. The effeciencies of the three phases were treated by method of weighting. The total effeciency of the weapon system was obtained. The operational efficiencies of the weapon system with and without electronic jamming were caculated. The results proved that the evaluation method proposed was correct.
