高校大学生自组织是指未进行登记注册,大学生自行成立、发展、运作的组织。大学生自组织吸引了越来越多的学生参加,给高校团学工作带来了新的挑战,开展高职院校大学生自组织现状与发展研究,有助于学校团学部门科学掌握当代青年学生的客观需要,加强团学组织与青年学生组织的联系、指导和联合,促进团学组织服务和加强改进大学生思想政治教育工作,丰富和发展高校团学工作,更好地服务青年成长发展。

A college students self-organization refers to an organization,without registration, which is established and operated by college students. Nowadays, the self-organization of college students has attracted more and more students to participate in; at the same time they bring new challenges for the college Youth League. Carrying out the research on the status and development of college students self-organization can help the college Youth League to better know the objective needs of young students, strengthen the links, guidance and joint between college Youth League and student self-organization, promote the college Youth League to service and improve the ideological and political education of college students, enrich and develop the work of college Youth League and better serve the college students
