输煤皮带跑偏原理及防范措施分析

摘要 辽宁华电铁岭发电有限公司二期输煤系统多次发生因皮带跑偏引起的全线停机故障,严重影响电厂的生产运行。皮带跑偏是输煤系统最常见的故障,其原因是两侧纵向张力不同而产生侧向力。根据纠偏原理,加装了各类纠偏装置,并采取综合措施,取得了良好效果。 The belt deviation is the most common fault handling system. Through the analysis of force,lateral force on both sides of the longitudinal tension generated by the different reasons. The two stages are the deviations of the belt conveying system in Liaoning Huadian Tieling Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the 2015 annual occurrence of belt deviation,caused by multiple line stop machine,a serious threat to the power plant. According to production order rectification the principle,with various rectification device; it achieves good results.
