伊犁州高等职业教育服务区域经济社会发展研究

Study of Higher Occupation Education on Serving the Regional Economic and Social Development in Yili

研究伊犁州高等职业教育服务区域经济社会发展,旨在提高伊犁州高等职业教育服务区域经济社会发展的水平,促进当地经济社会发展。调查显示,伊犁州高等职业教育社会服务存在人才培养规模小、培养质量低、教师科研能力差和社会培训服务活动有限等问题。对此,需要找出影响伊犁州高等职业教育社会服务的制约因素,并采取相应的对策:一是要发挥政府的主体作用,建立健全管理体制,统筹规划区域资源;二是高等职业院校要树导向,做规划,打基础,抓落实;三是要强化师资队伍建设,打造文武兼备中国工匠。

This paper takes the social service ability of higher vocational education in Yili kazakh autonomous prefecture as the case study.Through investigation,it found that the social service situation of higher vocational education in this region has such problems as small-scale personnel training,low quality training,poor scientific research ability of teachers,limited social training services and so on.Through questionnaire survey,it analyzes the factors that restrict the social service of higher vocational education in this area.Combined with the actual situation,the strategy of promoting the social service ability of higher vocational education in this area is put forward.
