摘要
目的观察临床应用不同暂封材料对根管治疗后冠方微渗漏的影响。方法选取近6个月内拔除的54颗完好前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C三组各18颗,常规备洞开髓预备根管后,分别给予氧化锌丁香油水门汀、Caviton亲水性暂封材料以及牙胶条对窝洞进行暂封处理,随后浸入2%亚甲蓝溶液。观察三组离体牙的冠方微渗漏情况。结果三组患者微渗漏深度分级比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),其中Caviton亲水性暂封材料密封效果最为良好,氧化锌丁香油水门汀次之,牙胶条暂封微渗漏效果最差。随着时间延长,三组离体牙微渗漏状况均明显加重(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 Caviton亲水性暂封材料对根管治疗进行暂封处理效果远远优于氧化锌丁香油水门汀和牙胶条,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the influence of clinical application of different temporary sealing material on the microleakage of crown after root canal treatment. Methods A total of 54 intact premolars were selected in nearly 6 months,they were randomly divided into A,B and C three groups( each group with 18 teeth,after conventional open pulp preparation for root canal,each canal was fulled with clove oil,and treated with Caviton hydrophilic temporary sealing material and cement tooth strip to the temporary nest hole processing,then dipped with 2% methylene blue solution,then the situation of coronal microleakage of teeth in these 3 groups were observed in vitro. Results The differnce in comparison of depth grading of micro seepage in patients of three groups was significant( P〈0. 05),and the Caviton hydrophilic temporary sealing material had most good sealing effect,the sealing effect of zinc oxide clove oil was the second,and the effect of temporary seal leakage with cement tooth strip was the worst. with extended time,the status of leakage of microleakage in three sets of teeth in vitro was significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of Caviton hydrophilic temporary sealing material for treatment of temporary root canal is much better than that with zinc oxide clove oil,and cement tooth strip can be popularized for clinical application.
