黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效及对血脂代谢、肾功能影响分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and the blood lipid metabolism and renal function

目的探讨黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效及对血脂代谢、肾功能影响。方法选取2012年1月至2016年1月收治的90例慢性肾炎患者进行回顾性分析,根据随机数字表法分为两组。常规组45例,给予缬沙坦联合雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组在常规组治疗的基础上加用黄葵胶囊治疗。治疗6个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、尿蛋白定量、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血脂代谢、肾功能和不良反应发生率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为91.11%,明显高于常规组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、CRP、24 h尿蛋白(24hUPr)、β2-MG均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.56%,常规组不良反应发生率为20.00%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用黄葵胶囊明显减少尿蛋白,提高了慢性肾炎临床疗效,并明显改善了患者肾功能和血脂代谢,减轻了患者微炎症反应,且未增加不良反应的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and the blood lipid metabolism and renal function. Methods From January 2012 to January 2016,90 cases of patients with chronic nephritis were selected.According to the random number table method they were divided into 2 groups,the conventional group（ n = 45） was treated with valsartan combined with the tripterygium wilfordii tablets,the observation group（ n = 45） was treated with Huangkui capsule on the basis of routine treatment.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,CRP,renal function and blood lipid metabolism were compared between the 2 groups. Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 11%,significantly higher than 73. 33% in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The TC,TG,CRP,24 hUPr,β2-MG in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the conventional group were 15. 56% and 20. 00%,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment method combined with Huangkui capsule can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of chronic nephritis,and improve renal function and lipid metabolism,reduce the patients with micro inflammatory reaction,and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of attention.
