摘要
采用了超声提取法对菊花中抗氧化成分芦丁进行提取,确定了菊花中芦丁的最佳提取条件,并采用紫外可见分光光度法对菊花中芦丁的含量进行检测,同时运用磷钼酸盐法对芦丁的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:芦丁的最佳提取条件为用60%的乙醇超声波提取60min,其活性与浓度有关,浓度越大活性越强,并且芦丁的活性明显强于同浓度下的Vc。
The antioxidant rutin wasextractedfrom chrysanthemum by the method of ultrasonic extractionand the optimum extraction conditions of rutin were determined. The content of rutin in chrysanthemum was detected by UVvisible spectrophotometry. The antioxidant activity of rutin was studied by molybdate method. The results showed that the best extraction conditions of rutin were ultrasonic extraction with 60% ethanol for 60 minutes, the activity was related to the concentration. The greater the concentration, the stronger the activity. And the activity of rutin was significantly stronger than that of Vc at the same concentration.
