摘要
针对专用双臂螺旋桨测量机的几何误差问题,提出一种运动几何误差的计算及补偿方法,辅助提高螺旋桨测量精度。针对测量机运动几何误差,基于激光跟踪仪进行空间几何误差标定。求解测量机运动几何误差,结合测量机空间几何误差模型获得测量机空间几何误差值。提出了空间几何误差补偿方法,通过多次迭代修正数控指令达到误差补偿的目的,并进行误差补偿仿真验证。
Aiming at the geometrical error of the special two-arm propeller measuring machine,a calculation and compensation method of geometric error is proposed to improve the accuracy of propeller measurement. According to the geometric error of the measuring machine,the geometric error calibration is carried out based on the laser tracker. The geometry error of the measuring machine is obtained by combining the geometric error model of the measuring machine. A method of geometric error compensation is proposed. The purpose of error compensation is achieved by multiple iterations and the error compensation is verified.
