In this paper,the Beidou navigation technology,communication technology,vehicle networking technology,based on remote automatic control technology,parallel data processing technology and other core technologies used in the integrated city muck car research and development,design and implementation of the intelligent control system for car. According to the working conditions of different vehicle intelligence management system optimization,implementation of city transport vehicle dynamic tracking and monitoring,identification and management,it can be managed and controlled,to provide strong support and other functions for the city of fine management and service.
