摘要
循环水岗位的冷水泵此前为工频方式运行,为节电节水,将其改造为工、变频方式同时运行。通过对其运行方式的讨论分析,实现设备改造,内容包括工频转工、变频运行以及相关联锁的实现,即无论泵为工频或者变频模式,当工、变频运行信号丢失时,均联锁切断高压合闸DL信号的功能,最终变频泵改造后产生的直接、间接经济效益很显著。
The way of cold water pump is in the frequency mode for the operation in Circulating water post,the transformation for the work,frequency mode at the same time running,the purpose of saving water. Through the discussion and analysis of its operation mode,the realization of equipment transformation,including frequency conversion,frequency conversion operation and the realization of the associated interlock,that is,regardless of the pump frequency or frequency mode,when the work,frequency operation signal is lost,are interlocked highvoltage closing DL signal function,the final transformation of the pump after the direct and indirect economic benefits are significant.
