Analysis of Fracture Leakage of Pipe Welding Interface

采用宏观检查,金相分析,扫描电镜等方法对某企业某设备碳钢管道焊接接口断裂进行了分析,指出应力断裂和焊接相变是该设备发生断裂泄漏的原因。

The fracture of the welded interface of a carbon steel pipe in a enterprise is analyzed by macroscopic inspection,metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy.It is pointed out that the stress fracture and the welding phase change are the causes of the leakage of the equipment.
