技术技能型人才培养模式的研究与实践——以建筑电气工程技术专业为例

Research and Practice the Personnel Training Mode of Technical and Skilled——Building Electrical Engineering Technology Major

高等职业院校是培养企业一线人才的摇篮,专业的设置及专业人才的培养应立足于企业需求。本文通过分析建筑电气工程技术专业的人才需求及毕业生的主要就业岗位群,提出了技术技能型人才培养模式构建的思路与步骤,论述了该专业人才培养目标及知识、能力、素质结构,阐述了技术技能型人才培养模式改革的成效。

Because higher vocational colleges is the cradle of the first line talents of enterprises,so professional setting and cultivation of professional talents should be based on enterprise demand. In this paper,by analyzing the demand of building electrical engineering technology major and the main employment groups,puts forward the instructing ideas and steps of the technical and skilled personnel training mode,discusses the talent training objectives,knowledge,ability and quality structure. And finally,it＇s also explained the effect of personnel training mode.
