分析了企业参与构建中高职衔接人才培养模式的必要性和优势,提出了以职教集团为平台,成立有中职教师、高职教师和企业专家参加的专业指导委员会,共同设计切合实际的可操作性强的专业教学计划,合作进行教材建设,是实现教学资源共享、支撑中高职衔接人才培养的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the necessity and advantages of enterprises to participate in the construction of training mode in vocational convergence talents,put forward to the vocational education group as a platform, set up a professional steering committee, teachers of vocational teachers and experts to participate in the joint enterprise, design the practical operation teaching plan and strong professional cooperation, the construction of teaching material, realize the sharing of teaching resources, supporting the convergence of vocational training effective ways.
