摘要
通过聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度电泳法研究了乌鳢(Ophicephalus argus)和杂交鳢(O.argus(♂)×O.maeulata(♀))6种组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和过氧化物酶(POD)的表达情况。结果表明:乌鳢和杂交鳢4种同工酶在6种组织中均表现出一定的组织特异性,同时在某些同工酶谱中也表现出一定的品种差异性,如MDH和ADH,可作为2种鱼的辨别手段之一。
It was investigated that the isozyme spectra of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malate dehydrogenase(MDH),thanol dehydrogenase(ADH)and peroxidase(POD)in six tissues of Ophicephalus argus and Ophicephalus argus(♂)×Ophicephalus maeulata(♀), which were analyzed by vertical gradient electrophoresis with polyacrylamide gel.The results showed that four isozymes present obvious tissue specificity,meanwhile,in some isozyme spectrum it demonstrated certain species specificity,such as MDH and ADH.It could be used as an important means for discriminating the two fishes.
