碳排放约束下我国省际工业生产效率及空间分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the Inter-provincial Industrial Production Efficiency and Space in China Under Carbon Emission Constraints

摘要 以我国30个省市区1995—2015年工业生产面板数据为研究对象,运用SBM模型测算碳排放约束下我国省际工业生产效率值,然后运用Moran指数对省际工业生产效率进行空间相关分析。结果表明:在碳排放约束下我国省际工业生产效率呈现"先减后增"的趋势,到了2015年,各省市区工业生产都处在效率前沿上;2013年之前,"1值单元"的省份主要集中在东部,且"1值单元"的省份随着年份增加呈现增加趋势;各省市区的工业生产效率空间上存在正相关关系,东部省份主要呈现高高型聚集特征,西部省份呈现低低型聚集特征。 Based on the panel data of industrial production in 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from the year 1995 to 2015,the SBM model with non-expected output is used to measure the efficiency of the inter-provincial industrial production under the constraint of carbon emission and the efficiency of inter-provincial industrial production through Moran index. The aggregation situation is analyzed in this paper. The results show that under the constraint of carbon emission,the efficiency of inter-provincial industrial production in China shows the trend of"decreasing first and then increasing",and the provincial and municipal areas are in the forefront of efficiency in 2015. The provinces of "1-value unit " are mainly concentrated in the east and the minority located in the western region,and also the provinces of "1-value unit"show an increasing trend with the increase of the year. There is a positive correlation between the industrial productionefficiency in the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions. Moreover,while the eastern provinces mainly show high and high aggregation characteristics,and the western provinces show low and low aggregation characteristics.
