中国共产党在苏区局部执政期间,注重开展纪检监察工作,为正值"内外交困"的中央苏区营造了廉洁自律的环境。中央苏区建立的监察系统和监察制度,为严肃党的纪律和正确执行政策法令提供了制度保障。纪检监察部门通过宣传教育,开展巡视和查办案件等方式,与违纪行为作斗争,将混入党内的异己分子清理出党,密切了党群关系,树立了党和政府在民众中的威信,为中共取得革命成功打下了基础。回顾总结这一时期纪检监察工作的历史经验,可以为今天落实全面从严治党战略部署,推动国家监察体制试点改革工作提供启示。

During local governance of the Soviet Area,the Chinese Communist Party paid attention to carry out the work of discipline inspection and supervision,and to create a clean environment for the predicament of the Central Soviet area. Monitoring system provided institutional guarantee for the strict party discipline and implemented policies and laws correctly,which was established by the Central Soviet area. Discipline inspection and supervision departments educated through propaganda,and carried out inspections and investigating cases,to fight against violations,and lustrate the deviator,which closed party-masses relationship,built prestige of the party and the government among people,and laid the foundation of the success of the revolution. Review and summarize the historical experience of the discipline inspection and supervision work in this period,which can see Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor and provide inspiration for promoting the pilot reform of the state supervision system.
