当代大学生法治观培育的缺失与反思

Deficiency and Introspection on Cultivating the Law Concepts of the Contemporary Undergraduates

大学生作为我国未来法治建设的重要力量,他们法治观念的强弱将直接影响法治国家的建设进程。培育大学生的法治观是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求,是高校实现立德树人目标的必然追求,也是推进大学生全面发展的必然选择。虽然高校都比较重视大学生法治观的培育,但是当前大学生法治观培育状况并不乐观,主要体现在:培育目标不够明确、培育体系不够合理、培育方式不够丰富、培育师资不够雄厚、培育环境不够理想等等。加强大学生法治观的培育,必须高度重视法治观培育,明确培育目标和任务;树立全方位培育理念,开展大学生法治理论教育;创新开展法治实践活动,提升大学生法治实践能力;打造高素质法律教师队伍,推动大学生法治观培育;营造校园法治文化氛围,全面培育大学生法治观。

As an important power of our country＇s future legal construction,undergraduates＇ legal sense will directly influence the process of building legal state. It is the inevitable requirement of building a socialist country under the rule of law,the inevitable pursuit of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in universities,and the inevitable choice of boosting comprehensive development of the university students. Universities attach much importance to the cultivation of undergraduates＇ law concepts,though the cultivation state of undergraduates＇ law concepts is not positive. And it mainly reflects in the following aspects that cultivation objectives are not defined clearly enough; the cultivation systems are not reasonable enough; the cultivation modes are not ample enough; the cultivation teaching staffs are not abundant enough; and the cultivation environments arenot satisfactory enough. In order to reinforce the education on legal sense we must pay high attention to it,pinpoint the cultivation objectives and tasks,establish all-around idea of cultivation,and proceed undergraduates＇ legal theory education; also,we should innovate the law practice activities,improve undergraduates＇ law practice activities capacities,and build a high-quality legal teaching staff,so as to promote the undergraduates＇ law concepts roundly and construct the campus culture of law.
