摘要
我国的基础教育正从"知识本位"时代走向"核心素养"时代,学校在核心素养培养方面既要对学生有"共性"的要求,也要体现对学生个性化素养的要求。个性化教育的核心素养"图钉模型",强调培养学生跨学科核心素养和学科基本素养的同时,学校在教育教学过程中,通过树立以人为本的教育理念,完善个性化教育的课程体系,组建个性化教育的师资队伍,形成个性化的人才评价体系等途径,走学校特色发展之路。
China's basic education is developing from 'the knowledge-based' to 'the core Competence-based' era.The cultivation of core competence not only reflects'the common requirements'but also personalized requirements for the students.The 'pin model',the core competence about personalized education,emphasizes that during the period of cultivating students' interdisciplinary core competence and basic competence of the subject,we should pay much attention to the cultivation of students personality quality through personalized education.The way of assimilating personalized education into all aspects of school management and teaching will help the school develop with characteristic development.
