Shaanxi Alliance of Civilian and Military Innovation Integration of Science and Technology was founded at the Commanding hall of the Xi’an Weaponry base.As one of the original units,and a member of the alliance,SXIT focuses on building the innovation system,building the upland of talents,cultivating the professional research and innovation team,serving the civilian and military units,and help the coherent development of them.SXIT also focuses on building the team of the"double-qualification",and jointing the talent-employing standard.These are also excellent examples of building the upland of chemical talents and enhancing the coherent development of civilian and military service.
