农业科研院所知识型员工职业倦怠的影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨农业科研院所知识型员工职业倦怠的影响因素,抽取宁夏某农业科研机构的253名知识型员工,采用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)和成就动机量表(AMS)进行问卷调查。相关分析显示,知识型员工追求成功的动机与职业倦怠总分、成就感低落存在显著的负相关关系(P<0.01),防止失败的动机与职业倦怠总分、情绪衰竭、玩世不恭之间存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,性别和职称可以显著预测职业倦怠和玩世不恭,年龄可显著预测情绪衰竭。本研究结果可为农业科研院所的管理者提供可行性建议。 Objective To explore the impact factors of job burnout of knowledge workers in agricultural research institutions, 253 knowledge workers were randomly selected from an agricultural research institution in Ningxia. Questionnaires were carried out in forms of MBI-GS and AMS. The correlation analysis showed that the motive of avoiding failure were negatively correlated with job burnout (P〈0.01) and sense of inefficacy and the motive of avoiding failure were positively correlated with job burnout, exhaustion and cynicism (P〈0.01). Regression analysis showed that the gender and professional title were the predictors of job burnout and cynicism and the age was the predictors of exhaustion. Results were analyzed and feasibility suggestions were put forward, which provided references for the administrators of agricultural research institutions.
