浅谈铝合金轴瓦在往复压缩机上的应用

铝合金轴瓦具有使用寿命长、抗冲击韧性好、不易脱落等优点,本文通过对影响轴瓦性能的主要因素,轴瓦常见失效形式及诱因进行分析,比较了铝合金轴瓦和钢背巴士合金轴瓦在性能上的异同,为铝合金轴瓦更好的应用提供了依据。

Long service life, good impact resistance and fall off difficulty are the advantages of the aluminum-magnesium alloy bear - ing. In this paper, the main inlluencing factors on the performance of the bearing and the common failure forms and causes of the bearing were analyzed. Compared between the aluminum alloy bearing and steel bearing on the performance, the similarities and dif-ferences for the aluminum alloy pad provides a better basis for the application.
