摘要
《孙文垣医案》中记有"嘉善之妓李双"痹证案、"姚老夫人右手疼"案、"族侄孙君实"周痹案3则治痹证验案,效验如神。笔者结合历代医家的相关著作对《孙文垣医案》中的痹证进行归纳、分析,认为孙一奎针对行痹、脾虚痰痹、周痹等不同痹证分型准确,治法重温补下元,从脾治痹,脾肾同治,且善用古方化裁,多用药对,治疗缓急得当,特色鲜明。
SUN Wen-yuan Medicine Case records of the ＂ Jiashan prostitution Li Shuang ＂, ＂ Yao old lady right hand pain＂ and ＂nephew SUN Jun-shi＂ Zhoubi 3 cases of rheumatism cases have got good effects. According to ancient physicians and other related works and combined with analysis arthralgia syndrome in SUN Wen-yuan Medicine Case,author think SUN Yi-kui can distinguish accurately between Xingbi,spleen deficiency and phlegm impediment and Zhoubi,therapeutic method used warm and supplement the lower origin from spleen treatment arthralgia and spleen kidney concurrent treat,and the use of ancient formulae,drug pair on treatment,priorities properly,distinctive.
