中药油走罐配合中药内服治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病(气血瘀滞证)15例

Treatment 15 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris(the Type of Blood Stasis) by Moving Cupping with Medicated Oil

目的:观察中药油走罐治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病(气血瘀滞证)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为药油走罐组、药油组、基质走罐组及对照组,每组15例。四组均内服中药汤剂。药油走罐组予中药油外搽+走罐,药油组予中药油外搽+模拟走罐,基质走罐组予中药油基质外搽+走罐,对照组予中药油基质外搽+模拟走罐。共治疗4周,以PASI评分下降率评价疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,四组患者PASI评分改善均较显著(P<0.01),但以药油走罐组改善最为显著。药油走罐组、药油组、基质走罐组、对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、66.7%、73.3%、60.0%,四组组间疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),组间两两比较提示药油组、基质走罐组、对照组疗效相当(P>0.05),药油走罐组疗效优于其他三组(P<0.05)。结论:中药油走罐疗效优于单纯基质走罐及单纯中药油、基质外用,走罐介质在一定程度上会影响临床疗效,走罐介质应"辨证"选用。中药油走罐配以中药内服,疗效及安全性佳。

Object： The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the moving cupping therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicated oil in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： Chosen 60 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in standards,divided them randomly into moving cupping with medicated oil group,Traditional Chinese Medicated oil group,moving cupping with sesame oil group,the control group,each of the group was 15 patients. All groups were treated with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine as basic treatment,the moving cupping with medicated oil group is given medicated oil spread and moving cupping,the medicated oil group is given medicated oil spread and imitated moving cupping,the moving cupping with sesame oil group is given sesame oil spread and moving cupping,the control group is given sesame oil spread and imitated moving cupping. All groups were treated for 4 weeks. Observing the change of patients＇ PASI score before and after treatment. Result： Four groups of patients＇ PASI score was improved and extremely difference after treatment. The most obvious improvement was the moving cupping with medicated oil group. The overall response rate of moving cupping with medicated oil group,medicated oil group,moving cupping with sesame oil and control group was 93. 3%,66. 7%,73. 3%,60. 0% respectively. Comparison of the four groups,the outcome has a significant difference（ P〈0. 01）,comparative analysis among the four groups,there was a equivalent efficacy of the medicated oil group and the moving cupping with sesame oil group and the control group（ P〉0. 05）,the moving cupping with medicated oil group was superior to other three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of moving cupping with medicated oil was superior to moving cupping with sesame oil,the cupping mediator can influence the clinical efficacy,the cupping mediator should be ＂ syndrome differentiation＂,moving cupping with medicated oil combined Traditional Chinese Medicine was effectual,safe and reliable.
