跌打软膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤27例

Bonesetter Ointment Treatment of 27 Cases of cute Closed Soft Tissue Injury

目的:观察跌打软膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的58例急性软组织损伤患者,以就诊时间先后的顺序,按照简单随机化的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。观察组采用跌打软膏治疗,对照组采用青鹏软膏治疗。两组患者治疗1、3、5、7d后进行疼痛评定、肿胀评定及关节功能评定及临床疗效评定。结果:两组患者治疗1d后疼痛、肿胀、关节功能评分组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗3d、5d及7d后与治疗前疼痛、肿胀、关节功能评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),并且观察组优于对照组。结论:跌打软膏可以加速急性闭合性软组织损伤后水肿的吸收、瘀血的消散、组织的修复,值得推荐临床使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of traumatic ointment in treating acute closed soft tissue injury. Methods： The patients included 58 cases of acute soft tissue injury,in the order of visiting time,in accordance with the method of simple random divided into bonesetter ointment group and Qingpeng ointment group,29 cases in each group,observe two groups of patients before treatment,1,3,5,during the 7 days of pain assessment,swelling evaluation and joint function evaluation and clinical assessment. Results： The two groups of pain,swelling,joint function score had no significant difference between the 2 groups after 1 days of treatment（ P〉0. 05）; after 3 days,5 days and 7 days of treatment of pain,swelling,joint function score had significant statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. And the treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion： Bonesetter ointment can accelerate the absorption of edema after acute closed soft tissue injury,dissipation of blood stasis,tissue repair. it is recommended that clinicians widely used.
