摘要
目的:观察益肾健脾疏肝活络法联合热敏灸对乙肝相关性肾炎的治疗效果,探讨可能的机制,为临床治疗提供思路。方法:选取肾活检后诊断为乙肝相关性肾炎患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予中药(益肾健脾疏肝活络)联合热敏灸治疗;对照组给予肾复康片及洛汀新治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医症候积分、24h尿蛋白定量、血Alb、Cys-c的变化。结果:两组治疗后中医症候改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);24h尿蛋白定量、Cys-c均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后肝肾功能无明显变化。结论:益肾健脾疏肝活络法联合热敏灸能改善乙肝相关性肾炎患者的中医症候,有效降低尿蛋白,延缓肾损害进展。
Objective: To observe the effect of Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis treatment with supplementing kidney,strengthening spleen,regulating liver and dredging collaterals combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion,explore possible mechanisms,provide new thought for the clinical treatment. Methods: 80 patients diagnosed as Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis by renal biopsies,divided them into observation group and control group at random. The way of supplementing kidney,strengthening spleen,regulating liver and dredging collaterals combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion,are used in the observation group. The control group with Shenfukang tablets and Benazepril hydrochloride tablets. Observing the changes of Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome scores,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,serum albumin and Cys-c,by the observation. Results: The observation group had advantage than the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores( P〈0. 05). The levels of 24-hour urinary protein quantitative and Cys-c in the two groups both decreased significantly( P〈0. 05),and the reduction of the observation group was more significant than the control group( P〈0. 05). No obvious change in hepatorenal function before and after treatment in the two groups. Conclusion: The method of supplementing kidney,strengthening spleen,regulating liver and dredging collaterals combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve TCM syndrome,reduce urine protein effectively,delay the progression of renal damage.
