银山丹方联合西药治疗痛风合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Gout and Type 2 Diabetes Patients by the Treatment of Yinshandan Decoction and Western Medicine

目的:观察银山丹方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病合并痛风的临床疗效及其对空腹血尿酸、空腹血脂系列的影响。方法:选择门诊及住院部痛风合并2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组患者保持原有降糖方案,对照组予苯溴马隆片加碳酸氢钠片口服降尿酸治疗,观察组在此基础上予本科自拟银山丹方口服,治疗4周、8周后观察2组疗效及患者空腹血糖、血尿酸、血脂四项情况。结果:治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率为93.34%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗8周后,观察组的总有效率为96.67%,两组比较,差异也存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗4周、8周后观察组空腹血尿酸均有所降低,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗4周、8周后观察组空腹血糖、血脂四项均所降低,但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银山丹方联合西药治疗痛风合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效优于单用西药,且空腹血尿酸水平也明显低于单用西药,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the Yinshandan decoction prescription in combination with the clinical curative effect of western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and gout and the fasting blood uric acid,the influence of the fasting lipid series. Methods：Outpatient and the inpatient gout merger of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Patients keep original hypoglycemic scheme of two groups,control group to the phenyl bromide Malone and sodium bicarbonate pills oral drop uric acid treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the Yinshandan decoction to undergraduate course from oral,4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment and observe curative effect of two groups patients on an empty stomach blood uric acid,fasting blood glucose（ Glu）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglycerides（ TG）,high-density lipoprotein（ HDL）,low density lipoprotein（ LDL）. Results： 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than the control group,the difference statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,8 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group,with significant difference statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with control group,the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks after fasting blood uric acid in observation group were reduced,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; compared to control group after treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks observation group fasting plasma glucose（ Glu）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglycerides（ TG）,high-density lipoprotein（ HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein（ LDL-C） is reduced,the difference had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yinshandan decoction combined western medicine treatment of gout with type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine alone,and fasting blood uric acid level is obviously lower than that of western medicine alone. It is worth promoting.
