艾箱灸配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by Moxa Box Moxibustion Combined with Herbal Retention Enema

目的:观察艾箱灸配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组,治疗组(艾箱灸配合中药保留灌肠)30例,对照组(左氧氟沙星分散片+替硝唑片)30例,两组患者均于月经干净后3~7天开始治疗,连续治疗10天为一个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程后,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用艾箱灸配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,临床疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用,值得推广及应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of moxa box moxibustion combined with herbal retention enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visits,The observation group（ moxa box moxibustion combined with herbal retention enema） 30 cases,The control group（ levofloxacin dispersible tablets ＋ Tinidazole Tablets） 30 cases,The two groups were treated 3 - 7 days after the menstrual cycle was clean,Continuous treatment for 10 days for a course of treatment,the two groups were treated 3 courses,observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,significantly higher than 72% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of moxa box moxibustion combined with herbal retention enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,and no obvious toxic and side effects. Tt is worth promoting and application.
