Research Progress on the Relationship between NMDA Receptor and Acupuncture Regulating Gastric Motility

越来越多的研究显示NMDA受体(N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor)不仅在神经系统中扮演重要角色,且在抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病中发挥着重要的作用,同时参与非神经细胞的增殖、分化及胃肠运动。本文即通过总结分析最新NMDA受体与针刺调节胃运动关系的研究,结合项目组前期研究成果,探讨NMDA受体调节胃运动机制。以期为研究针刺调节胃运动中枢机制提供新思路。

More and more studies show that NMDA receptors not only play an important role in the nervous system,and in the depression,Alzheimer＇s disease and other diseases of the nervous system plays an important role,while participating in non neural cell proliferation,differentiation and motility. In this paper,through the analysis of the relationship between the latest NMDA receptor and the adjustment of gastric motility by acupuncture,combined with the previous research results of the project team,to explore the mechanism of NMDA receptor regulating gastric motility. In order to provide a new way to study the central mechanism of acupuncture regulating gastric motility.
