紫外-可见分光光度法测定淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊中总黄酮的含量研究

Determination of the Content of Total Flavonoids in Epimedium Flavonoids Capsules by UV- Visible Spectrophotometry

目的:设计淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定的方法。方法:通过紫外-可见分光光度法(通则0401)进行测定淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊中总黄酮含量。结果:紫外分光光度计法测定总黄酮含量的线性关系良、方差分析稳定。结论:研究工艺所得总黄酮含量稳定可靠。

Objective： Method for the determination of total flavonoids in Epimedium flavonoids capsules. Methods： Determina-tion of total flavonoids in Epimedium flavonoids capsules by UV visible spectrophotometry （0401）. Results： The linear relationship be-tween the content of total flavonoids and the stability of the analysis of variance was determined by UV spectrophotometry.
