社区18岁以上居民口腔卫生需求及卫生资源配置研究

目的:了解本地区社区18岁以上居民口腔卫生需求及卫生资源配置情况。方法:问卷调查深圳市龙岗区、光明新区各1个社区居民的口腔卫生需求,问卷调查2个社区内的口腔防治机构的医护人员职称、学历情况,医疗卫生机构的主要牙科仪器及设备配备情况。结果:836例调查对象的口腔卫生需求分析中,口腔洗漱宣教占比31.0%、口腔卫生健康教育占比40.8%,定期口腔检查占比29.4%,正畸矫治占比9.4%,镶牙补牙占比12.4%,牙齿美容占比22.2%,其它1.9%;2个社区内共有13个口腔防治机构,其中医生102人,护士52人,护工19人,口腔医生每10万人口密度为20.12人,护士每10万人口密度为10.26人,护工每10万人口密度为3.75人;医生初级、中级、高级、无职称的比例分别占比36.3%、38.2%、6.9%及12.7%,护士初级、中级、高级、无职称的比例分别为23.7%、32.7%、3.8%及40.4%;13家口腔防治机构牙科椅配备率最高为100%,牙科CT配备率最低为38.5%,其它由高到低分别为牙钻机及配件、口腔综合治疗设备、牙片机。结论:本地区居民的口腔卫生需求以口腔洗漱宣教、口腔卫生健康教育、定期口腔检查及牙齿美容为主,社区内口腔医生及护士的密度低于世界平均水平,职称结构上存在一定的不合理。口腔机构的仪器及设备配备相对合理。

Objective： To study of this area of community residents over 18 years of oral health needs and health resources config-uration. Questionnaire survey, Longgang District, Guangming New District, each an oral health needs of community residents, the sur-vey of oral health care professional titles of two control agencies within the community, education, the main dental health organizations instruments and equipment with the situation. The results of oral health needs analysis survey of 836 cases, accounting for 31.0% of oral wash missionary, oral health education accounted for 40.8%, accounting for 29.4% periodic oral examination, orthodontic treat-ment accounted for 9.4%, accounting for 12.4 dental fillings % cosmetic dental accounted for 22.2%, other 1.9%; a total of 13 oral pre-vention mechanism within the two communities, including doctors, 102 nurses, 52 care workers 19 people, dentists per 100,000 popu- lation density of 20.12 people, nurses each 100,000 population density of 10.26 people care workers per 100,000 population density of 3.75 people; beginner, intermediate, advanced, no title proportion of doctors were accounted for 36.3%, 38.2%, 6.9% and 12.7%, nurs-es beginner, intermediate, advanced no titles were respectively 23.7%, 32.7%, 3.8% and 40.4%; 13 oral dental chair control agencies with the highest rate of 100%, with the lowest rate of dental ct 38.5%, respectively, for the other descending tooth rigs and accessories, comprehensive oral therapy equipment, dental machine. Conclusion The oral health needs of local residents to mouth wash missionary, oral health education, regular oral examination and dental cosmetic based, dentists and nurses in the community of a lower density than the world average, some irrational presence on the title structure.
