目的：探究胸腺肽治疗脓毒症的效果,以供临床参考以及研究。方法：本次研究对象从2014年7月~2015年6月于我院就诊的脓毒症患者中选取98例,通过动态随机分组的方法分为2组,对照组49例脓毒症患者采用安慰剂进行治疗,观察组49例脓毒症患者采用胸腺肽进行治疗,探究98例脓毒症患者经不同方法治疗后PCT、IL-6、IL-10、CD14＋单核细胞HLA-DR、T细胞亚群水平变化的差异性。结果：通过本文研究中可以看出,在PCT、IL-6、IL-10、HLA-DR、CD4＋、Th/Ts水平对比中,观察组患者的结果明显优于对照组患者的结果,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,而在D8＋水平比较中,观察组患者的结果与对照组患者的结果不存在较大差异（P〉0.05）。结论：针对脓毒症患者采用胸腺肽进行治疗,具有一定的治疗效果,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的相关治疗指标,从而提高治疗效果,可应用推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of thymosin in the treatment of sepsis, for clinical reference and research. Methods ： the study from June July 2014 to 2015 in sepsis pa-tients in our hospital were selected in 98 cases, divided into 2 groups according to the dynamic random grouping method, and the control group （49 cases of sepsis patients were treated with placebo, observation group （49 cases of sepsis patients treated with thymosin in treatment, explore 98 patients with sepsis after different treatment methods PCT, IL- 6 , IL-10, CD 14 ＋ HLA- DR on monocytes and T cell subsets changes in the level of dif-ference. Results ： through the research of this paper can be seen in the PCT, IL-6 , IL-10, HLA-DR, CD4 ＋, th / TS level com-parison of observed group were better than those in control group, the results, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically signifi-cant, and in D8 level, the observation results of patients and the control group, the results there is no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： for patients with sepsis treated with thymo-sin treatment, has a certain therapeutic effect, can effectively re-lieve the clinical symptoms and improve patient treatment index, so as to improve the treatment effect, popularization and application.
