BOT模式是国际广泛采用的一种的基础设施项目投资方式,杭州庆春路过江隧道项目作为采用BOT模式投资建设运营的PPP项目,在项目实施全过程管理中项目投资、质量、安全、工期和运营都得到了很好的控制。本文主要侧重介绍该项目在BOT模式下的运营期管理,对隧道运营过程中的问题进行了探讨,对其他城市基础设施PPP项目的运营管理具有一定借鉴意义。
