摘要
CCY型齿轮模压淬火机床是宁夏机械研究院股份有限公司(以下简称机械院)针对外径值500mm的各种齿轮及其它圆形、扁平形和圆柱形零件淬火而设计的新产品。电气控制系统作为机床的核心部分之一,它的安全性、连续性运行显得非常重要;在充分了解机床的工作流程、工艺要求的基础上,利用PLC可编程序控制器、变频器、人机界面技术设计制作了一套具有自动化程度高、可靠性强的自动化控制系统;经过用户多年使用,淬火产品其硬度和平整度均达到或超过技术指标,完全满足生产要求。CCY型齿轮模压淬火机床的研制成功,为国内外齿轮厂家对直径在152mm^685mm之间、高度在254mm以内的齿轮模压淬火提供了设备上的保证。
CCY-type gear die-quenching machine is a new product designed by Ningxia Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. for various gears with outer diameter of 500 mm and other circular, flat and cylindrical parts quenched. The safety and continuous operation of electrical control system, which is one of the core parts of the machine, is very important. On the basis of fully understanding the work flow and process requirements of the machine tool, the PLC, frequency converter and man-machine interface technology are used for the design and manufacturing of a set of highly automated and highly reliable automated control system. After years of use by users, the hardness and flatness of quenching products all met or exceeded the technical indicators and fully met the production requirements. The successful development of CCY-type quench press provides a guarantee on the equipment for the domestic and foreign gear manufacturers on the gear molding quenching with the diameter between 152- 685 mm and the height within 254 mm.
