大学生志愿服务的实践育人功能实现路径初探

The Exploration about the Realization of Practical Education of College Students' Volunteer Service

大学生志愿服务活动是一种将理论付诸实践,加强实践育人的重要载体和手段。然而,大学生志愿服务在我国还是一项年轻的事业,仍然存在很多不足之处,诸如认识不到位,体系不完善等,导致志愿服务本身所蕴涵的"实践育人"功能不能充分得到实现。本文拟从建立教育与文化传播体系、完善组织与管理体系两个角度构建大学生志愿服务的实践育人功能实现路径,切实推动大学生志愿服务实践育人功能的发挥。

Volunteer service of college students is an important carrier and means to put theory into practice and strengthen practical education.But college students＇ volunteer service is still a young career in China, there are many problems, such as knowledge is not deep,the system is imperfect, and so on, which impeding the realization of practical education of college students＇ volunteer service. This article intends to construct the system of educational and cultural communication, and improve system of the organization and management, to realize the practical education of college students＇ volunteer service.
