从教育生态学的含义出发,分析教育生态学对高职教育的普适性,介绍五年制高职结构的现状和存在的问题,针对这些问题以教育生态学的视角从培养目标、课程设置、管理方式、师资等角度探讨如何优化五年制高职结构的对策。

Based on the meaning of educational ecology, this paper analyzes the universality of educational ecology to the higher vocational education, introduces the present situation and existing problems of the structure of five-year higher vocational education, and discusses the countermeasures to optimize the structure of five-year higher vocational education from the perspective of training objectives,curriculum setting, management way, teachers team on the basis of educational ecology.
