大学生对创业和孵化园的态度现状调查研究——以邯郸市为例

An Investigation on the Current Situation of College Students' Attitudes towards Entrepreneurship and Incubation: Case Study of Handan City

高校学生的创业态度和意识并不是一个单纯的学生个人能力和发展的问题,而是一个有着现实意义的社会问题。调查结果显示:大学生创业认知和态度比较明确;创业意愿和付出实际有较大的差距;创业准备普遍不足;对孵化园、创业街及大学生创业成功率的看法较消极;但是创业教育需求比较积极。因此,应该丰富国家和政府对大学生创业政策的宣传途径,高等院校利用好孵化园或创业中心加强大学生创业实践的力度,并积极有效地对大学生开展分层创业教育。

The entrepreneurial attitude and consciousness of college students is not a simple problem about student＇s individual ability and development, but a social problem with practical significance. The results show that the entrepreneurial cognition and attitudes of college students are relatively clear. The entrepreneurial willingness and the actual situation are quite different. Entrepreneurship preparation is generally inadequate. The view on the success rate of incubation park, entrepreneurial street and college students is negative,but their requirement on entrepreneurial education is positive. Therefore, we should enrich the propaganda of the state and the government on the entrepreneurial policy of college students, and colleges and universities should use good incubation or entrepreneurship center to strengthen the practice of college students, and actively carry out stratified entrepreneurship education for students.
