昌邑市都昌街办棚户区改造项目安全风险评估与针对性策略研究

Study on Security Risk Assessment and Targeted Strategy of Shantytowns Transformation in Duchang, Changyi

通过对昌邑市都昌街办棚户区改造项目的安全风险评估的研究,介绍了工程施工安全风险评估的方法;通过安全风险评估,确定了本项目存在的Ⅲ级及以上重大风险源,提出了针对性的安全施工管理策略,对今后土建工程项目的安全施工管理工作提供了经验。

Through the study of the security risk assessment of the shantytowns transformation in Duchang neighborhood offices, this paper introduces the method of construction safety risk assessment; through the security risk assessment, the Ⅲ grade and above major sources of risk of this project are determined, and the construction safety management strategies are put forward, which provides experience in construction safety management in the future civil engineering project.
