摘要
招标投标是一种国际上普遍运用的、有法定程序的市场交易行为。经长期大量实践证明,招标投标机制是竞争环境下资源配置的有效手段,而供电企业作为社会公共服务企业,其招标行为的规范性关系着企业乃至国家的社会形象,因此本文对供电企业招标现状进行研究,并提出相关提升招投标规范化的措施。
Bidding is an internationally applied market trading behavior which has legal procedure. It is proved that the bidding mechanism is an effective means of resource allocation in the competitive environment. The power supply enterprises are the social public service enterprises, whose bidding standardization is related to the image of enterprises and even the state. Therefore, this paper studies the bidding status of power supply enterprises and raise the relevant measures to enhance the standardization of bidding.
